A little about me..
Learning is a lifelong journey

I am a native to Montreal, Quebec now residing in the beautiful Okanagan of British Columbia.

My love for education began at Dawson College where I studied Community Recreation Leadership Training. From this I continued my studies at Concordia University obtaining a degree in Human Relations.

All the while I enjoyed working at local YMCA's and municipal swimming pools as a lifeguard. This was the beginning of my love of first aid, medicine and teaching.

In 2009 I moved from aquatics to the Recreation department as the CPR coordinator. I was responsible for CPR, first aid and public access defibrillation programs for the employees and the community.

In 2011 I made the move to BC where I studied paramedicine at the Justice Institute of British Columbia. Upon graduation in 2012 I began working for British Columbia Emergency Health Services as a paramedic. In recent years I have done some teaching within the education department and I am looking forward to more opportunities in the future.

Currently I am attending Vancouver Community College enrolled in the Provincial Instructor Diploma programme. This step forward is now formally bringing together my love for medicine and passion for teaching.

While I'm not working or doing school work, I am busy with my 2 kids (2 & 5 years).
